Soren Stauffer-Kruse and Dr Joanna Lofthouse are Consultant Psychologists who have been in a successful business partnership for over ten years and close friends for longer. We created and run a multi-faceted workplace staff psychology service. We also work in private practice and have extensive knowledge and experience in working with clients with complex psychological presentations.
Soren and Joanna have developed a unique and fresh approach to transforming cultures by focussing on enhancing true compassion, psychological mindedness and relational intelligence through workshops, inspirational speeches and executive coaching.

Soren Stauffer-Kruse is a Counselling Psychologist with 20 years of experience of working in private practice, NHS mental health and clinical health services and the voluntary sector. He has an established private practice in London and leads a psychological wellbeing service for an NHS Trust in London. He is a recognised expert in the provision of psychological therapy to the LGBTQ community and lectures on the psychology of sexuality for a number of post-graduate programs in Clinical and Counselling Psychology. Soren is a media representative for the British Psychological Society with contributions to print and broadcast media.
Soren had a long and successful international career as a dancer and performer on stage and television before turning his focus to psychology.

Dr. Joanna Lofthouse is a Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in private practice, NHS mental health and clinical services and local government. She has an established private practice in London and leads a psychological wellbeing service for an NHS Trust in London. Previous to this she worked in secondary psychology services, working with patients with severe and enduring mental health problems. Joanna’s special interest is complex trauma and the psychology of identity development, namely the identities of gender, race and sexuality, their interaction and shifting salience. Joanna has contributed a chapter to one of the core counselling psychology text books on the value of exploring hidden prejudices and has spoken at conferences on this topic. In her capacity as a psychologist, she has consulted on theatre and film projects and has run wellbeing workshops for corporate companies.
Before becoming a psychologist, Joanna worked in theatre for many years.
